1. Services

Marina Taute provides hypnosis, coaching, mentoring, and related wellness services designed to support personal growth and well-being.

These services are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Bookings & Payments

Appointments may be booked through this website using our online booking system.

Payment is required as specified at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Please read this section carefully before booking.

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you choose to cancel your appointment, all payments made will be forfeited.

Appointments may only be rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.

Any rescheduling link or option provided during booking expires automatically 48 hours before your appointment.

Once the 48-hour window has passed, appointments cannot be rescheduled.

Failure to attend your appointment ("no-show") is treated as a cancellation and all payments will be forfeited.

If Marina Taute needs to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a new appointment time will be offered.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The information you provide is accurate and complete.

You understand that your results depend on many personal factors and that no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

You accept full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, decisions, and actions before, during, and after any session.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, downloads, videos, audio, branding, and other materials, remains the intellectual property of Marina Taute unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Participation in any service is entirely voluntary.

Marina Taute makes no guarantee regarding individual outcomes or results.
